Location
  Located in the county of Via Ahumada, State of Chihuahua, Mexico.  The coordinates of the ranch are approximatly 30 37'26. 31 North by 105 40' 23. 19 West at approximatly 4,600 feet in evelvation.  The Sierra Paidido and Sierra Pinosa form up the northern boundry, while Sierra Los Lamentos defines the western most part of the ranch.  The neighboring ranches are of substantial size and are historically grazed with cattle.

Improvements
  The workers homes on the ranch are typical of most Mexican ranches.  They are modest concrete/adobe stuctures with two bedroom and one bath, living room and personal kitchen.  0D0A There are two hired hand houses, warehouse and shop, all of adobe construction.  There are also working pens and corrals. 

Water
  The ranch water system is based on windmills and these mills pump water into concrete storage tanks and are gravity flowed to other troughs.  In addition, there are dirt stock tanks found throughout the ranch, and most being in service yearround.  These impoundments are fed by runoff. 

Wildlife
  Mule deer, Coues Deer, Pronghorn, Blue Quail, Ducks, Dove, Auodad, Mountain Lion and a varity of small game. 

Access
  The ranch can be accessed from both El Paso and Presidio Texas, both cities have paved Federal highways leading South.  From El Paso/Juarez, it is 60 minutes South to the town of Villa Ahumada, then approximatly 2 hours via maintained secondary roads (unpaved) to the ranch.  From Presidio/Ojinaga, it is 90 minutes West to the town of Coyame, then approximatly 2 hours via maintained secondary roads (unpaved) to the ranch.
