Born in the heart of the Texas hill country, Logan is a proud 5th generation Texan. He has a deep appreciation for the history of hunting and ranching that has been instilled in him his entire life. Logan currently resides in College Station and is a proud fighting Texas Aggie pursing a degree in business with an emphasis on agriculture and real estate. While pursing his degree he became a graduate of Champions School of Real Estate and established a cattle operation who’s brand can be found throughout the Lone Star State. Logan is also an avid member of Texas Wildlife Association, as well as a registered brand holder and member of Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Associations. He also serves on the committee for the South Texas Bobwhite Brigade, and has served as a Hunt Master and Guide for the Texas Youth Hunting Program since the age of 16. Furthermore Logan has experience hunting, and managing wildlife and fisheries across this states entirety. Having learned from some of our countries finest wildlife, range, and fishery experts on some of this state’s finest ranches. Logan is also no stranger to driving, having traveled nearly every highway from the brush country of Carrizo Springs to vast plains of Dalhart. His knowledge of native plants and vegetation combined with the knowledge of property management, and stocking rates of both livestock and wildlife allow him to assess the true value of even the most unique properties.
Peyton Lumpkin grew up in South East Texas and spent much of his youth hunting and fishing with his family all over the state of Texas. He has lived in Houston, Dallas, Austin, and College Station. After graduating from Texas A&M University, Peyton has made the Houston area his home and began working with RanchLand Texas Properties in 2008. He was one of the original members of the company and has been instrumental in developing the commercial property division of the company – RLN Properties.
